Design principle:

we have been adhering the principle that consumer is first. The control mode has the advantages of safety, reliability, reasonableness, stability, and it is convenient to operate. Various control modes (high, middle and low automatic control levels) are available for our consumers.

Perfect DCS control system:

the Distributing Control System is a matched system to coal gas plant, which monitoring and controlling all of the equipments of gas plant. It can ensure safe, effective and stable operation of the whole gas plant, then gas produced can meet the standards concerned. It is a safe, reliable and advanced system, which has the advantages of easy operation and maintenance.

Function of the system:

Coal-loading and slag-discharge control system: Belt and hopper can be operated automatically by this system via coal level indicator in coal storage bin. Full coal in coal storage bin is assured.

Stoker control system:stoker is controlled by control system via the signals from coal level indicator, then coal is loaded into the hearth of gasifier automatically.

Control system for slag-discharge mechanism: time intervals and number of turns are set manually, then slag-discharge mechanism is started automatically to remove slag.

Air blower control system: closed loop automatic control will be adopted to control variable frequency speed controller and air blower as per pressure data set in advance.

Saturated temperature control system:the Steam Motor Driven Valve is controlled automatically as per saturated temperature from the bottom of gasifier. It can be adjusted and controlled by closed loop control.

Steam drum water level control system:water level sensor mounted to steam drum sends signals to intelligent meter. The valve is controlled by intelligent meter for water supply.

Gas pressurizer control system:closed loop automatic control will be adopted to control variable frequency speed controller and gas pressurizer as per pressure data set in advance.

Performances and distinguishing features:

Highly automatic control: control and supervision of the whole gas plant are highly automatic. The operation cost and labor intensity can be decreased.
Perfect alarm chain function: it can monitor technical parameters. Alarm will be started in time when it reaches certain limit, automatic stop will be started when it is ultimate.
Convenient operation:automatic and manual operating are available for option.

This system has a function of direct display: Data collecting and centralized monitoring can be achieved by telecommunication module. It can monitor all of the air blowers, water pumps, valves and water levels. Pressure, temperature and flow rate can be displayed directly. The previous data can be looked up too.

The system has perfect alarm and alarm consultation functions.

It is convenient for fault diagnosis and equipment maintenance.

Configuration of the system:
S7-300 programmable controller made by Siemens company is used for PLC control system, CPU is 315-2DP. This configuration can ensure that the control can be completed successfully.
High-performance DP card and Ethernet card are installed inside the industrial computergas plant can communicate with the management.
WinCC software from Siemens is used for the industrial computer.

Automation intelligent meter system is adopted, the technical parameters can be displayed and controlled.
